Summer’s knocking on our doors and we all love the outdoors – going to the park, the family picnics, hitting the beach and more… But are you and your skin ready for the sun? Here’s our mantra of five simple tips to help you enjoy this summer without the simmer –
Water, water and more water!
Yes! There are no two ways about it. The sun and the heat dehydrate, and you must replenish by drinking more and more water. Add lemonade, fresh juice, coconut water and other drinks to your diet. (We’re sorry, but alcohol does not count!)
