WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

As all Pestle & Mortar orders are delivered by a 3rd party courier service, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. However, once your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you always have the most up-to-date delivery information.

Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. Pestle & Mortar is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded.

RETURNING AN ITEM

It’s our aim at Pestle & Mortar to make returning an item as easy as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased from our website, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer care by email at customercare@pestleandmortar.com for return authorization form. Pestle & Mortar is not responsible for return postage or lost or undelivered items. 

It can take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them promptly. Refunds will automatically issue to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed and appear back in your account. As soon as our team has processed your return we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at customercare@pestleandmortar.com

RETURNING GOODS ON WHICH DUTY HAS BEEN PAID

If you have paid duty for the order you received and you’re returning it to us, you should be able to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To find out how and for any other queries about customs duty please contact your local customs authority. To ensure there is no further duty to pay please mark your return parcel, ‘RETURNED GOODS-FAILED SALE’.
