November. It kind of rhymes with Remember. Which is appropriate, as in the month of November, I need to remember four significant birthdays – three of my children were cursed blessed with the Scorpio birthright and so was my only sister. This November, I have hosted three birthday parties – one had an ‘Ireland’s got Talent’ theme, one was an ice skating party (!) and one is going to be a football party. Fun stuff. My sister opted out of a themed party this year, but I made her judge the Ireland’s got talent competition………. payback for all the times she made me sing songs with her on long car journeys………
There is something going on with me and November though, because my youngest baby, Pestle & Mortar, is three years old today, 14th November 2017! I was thinking about it this morning in terms of how much the business has achieved and how much growth has occurred in just three short years. I can liken it to a baby – the most significant developments take place between newborn and three years old.

From there, the business flourished and in just three years, we have added five additional products to our skincare range with another new product launching later this month. It has been a whirlwind. This year, I have been on QVC in America three times selling Superstar, our retinol night oil. I have spoken at numerous business events and I have travelled extensively meeting industry people and researching market places. Pestle & Mortar is now stocked in 6 countries across 3
