Meet Pore Reset Pads: Refine Pores, Smooth Texture and Boost Glow — Without Stripping Skin

Pore Reset Pads are designed for one thing. Refine the look of pores, smooth uneven texture and bring glow back — without the stripped, tight, reactive feeling that most exfoliating routines leave behind. Two minutes, two nights a week to start. The full hero mechanism — AHA + BHA Zero Pore Complex — does the work in a single, balanced step.

The shift this product makes

Most exfoliating routines force a trade-off. Stronger acids give faster results but leave the barrier reactive. Gentler options spare the barrier but don't move texture. Pore Reset Pads were built to remove the trade-off, by pairing surface and inside-the-pore action with a barrier-first calming layer in the same pad.

That is the AHA + BHA Zero Pore Complex. It is the engine behind the result. And the routine that delivers it is the simplest one we've ever launched.

How the pad works in two minutes

Each pad is dual-textured by design. One side is gently embossed for surface refinement; the other is smooth, for delivery and finish. You sweep the embossed side first, then flip and finish with the smooth side. Two minutes, no rinse. Then follow with Balance, your barrier-first moisturiser.

The cadence is two nights a week to start, three once skin has settled. One pad per use. It is meant to feel like the easiest active step in your routine, not the heaviest.

What you should expect

Skin tends to feel smoother almost immediately. Visible improvement in pore appearance, texture and glow builds with consistent use. The result the formula is built to deliver — refined pores, smoother texture and a more even, glow-led finish — comes from the routine, not from a single use.

Who it's for

Pore Reset Pads are built for skin that wants visible refinement without the stripped feeling. They suit:

  • Combination, oily or normal skin with surface congestion
  • Mature skin where surface renewal has slowed
  • Sensitive skin types when introduced at the right cadence
  • Anyone who has been let down by stronger acids

If your skin is currently in active flare-up — open eczema, fresh active acne, recent in-clinic treatment — wait until it's settled before introducing the pads.

The routine, in one line

Cleanse → Pore Reset Pads → Balance → serum or moisturiser if needed. Use retinol on alternative nights. Wear SPF the next day. That is the whole protocol.

Why we kept the routine this short

Long routines lose people. We built Pore Reset Pads to do the work of multiple steps in one pad, so the rest of the routine can stay quiet. The formula is barrier-first — the calming layer in the pad means there is no need for a separate recovery step.

What's in the pad

The full INCI is on the product page. The headline ingredients are AHA + BHA Zero Pore Complex — glycolic, lactic and salicylic acids — paired with a barrier-supportive base built around Centella Asiatica. Fragrance-free. Alcohol-free. Suitable for sensitive skin types when introduced at the recommended cadence.

How long a jar lasts

Each jar contains 70 pads. Used at two to three nights a week, that's around 5 to 6 months of use. The product carries a 6-month Period After Opening (PAO).

Where it sits in your wider routine

Pore Reset Pads is an active step. It pairs cleanly with hydrating layers, vitamin C in the morning, and SPF as the morning closer. It does not replace your hyaluronic serum, your eye cream, or your other targeted treatments. It is the surface-refinement step they were missing.
