01 Joining & Welcome Bonus.
The Members Edit is the Pestle & Mortar loyalty programme. By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.The programme is free to join. Customers must create an account to earn and redeem points. New members receive 250 points when they create an account. This is a one-time welcome bonus.
02 Earning Points.
Members earn 5 points for every €1 spent through our official Pestle & Mortar online store and our Pestle & Mortar brand stores at Kildare Village and Dundrum. Points cannot be earned on purchases made through retail partners, department stores, pharmacies, marketplaces, stockists or third-party websites. Members may also earn points through selected loyalty actions, including birthdays, verified reviews, referrals and eligible social follows.
03 Eligible Spend.
Points are awarded on eligible product spend only. Points are not awarded on shipping or delivery charges, gift cards, returned items, cancelled orders or excluded promotions, unless otherwise stated.
04 Rewards.
Rewards may include money off, complimentary Pestle & Mortar products, selected gifts or exclusive member offers. Rewards, points and vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
05 Reward Vouchers.
Reward vouchers must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed. Unless otherwise stated, reward vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, bundles, sale items, automatic discounts or other offers.
06 Tiers.
The Members Edit has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
- Bronze is free to join.
- Silver is unlocked when you spend €250 in 12 months.
- Gold is unlocked when you spend €500 in 12 months. All tiers earn the same rate of 5 points for every €1 spent.
07 Referrals & Friends.
Members may receive a unique referral link. A referred friend may receive €10 off their first qualifying order. When they complete their first qualifying purchase, the referring member will receive 1,000 points. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or misuse of the referral programme are not permitted.
08 Reviews.
Members may earn 250 points for a verified review, or 500 points when the review includes an approved photo or video. Pestle & Mortar reserves the right to withhold or remove points where a review is not genuine, cannot be verified or does not meet our review guidelines.
09 Points Expiry.
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Pestle & Mortar reserves the right to update points expiry rules in the future and will aim to notify members of any major changes.
10 Returns & Refunds.
If an order is returned, refunded, partially refunded or cancelled, any points earned from that order may be removed from the member's account. If a reward was used on a refunded order, Pestle & Mortar reserves the right to decide whether the points, reward or voucher will be reissued.
11 Programme Changes.
Pestle & Mortar may update, pause or end The Members Edit at any time. This includes changes to points, rewards, tiers, benefits, referral offers, birthday rewards, expiry rules and eligibility.
12 Misuse.
We reserve the right to remove points, cancel rewards, suspend accounts or close memberships if we believe the programme is being misused.
13 Data & Privacy.
Personal data used for The Members Edit will be handled in line with our Privacy-policy
