Is this a full skincare routine?

No — it's a targeted balancing trio designed to layer onto the cleanser you already use. There's no cleanser or SPF in the bundle.

Why hydrate oily skin?

Because oily skin is very often dehydrated, and that dehydration is what drives the over-production of oil. Hydrating with water (not oil) is how you calm the shine at source.

Will the serum make me greasier?

No — Pure Hyaluronic Serum contains no oil. It's a water-based hydrator that absorbs fast and leaves no film.

How often should I use the pads?

Start 2–3 nights a week and build up as tolerated. Over-exfoliating can trigger more oil, so don't overdo it.

Is Balance a toner or a moisturiser?

It's a lightweight mineral mist — use it to rebalance and refresh, and reapply through the day to manage shine.

Is it fragranced?

Balance and Pure Hyaluronic Serum are fragrance-free. The pads carry a light natural botanical (geranium) note.

Do I still need a moisturiser?

Most oily skin still benefits from a light moisturiser at night; layer one after the serum if your skin wants it.

Yes, daily — and exfoliating acids increase sun sensitivity. Use an oil-free SPF each morning (not included).

WHY IT WORKS

Oily skin is misunderstood. The shine isn't a sign of too much moisture — it's very often the skin over-producing oil because it's dehydrated and trying to protect itself. Mattifying products that strip oil make the problem worse: the drier the surface, the harder the oil glands work. The Oil-Balance System fixes the cause, not the symptom. Exfoliating pads keep pores clear and refined so oil can't pool and enlarge them (AHA + BHA Zero-Pore Complex); a multi-weight hyaluronic serum delivers the water the skin is missing — hydration without a drop of oil (HydraPlump System); and a magnesium mineral mist rebalances and takes down shine through the day (Mg+ Mineral Mist). Refine, hydrate with water not oil, rebalance — so the skin stops overcompensating.
