01 Email Delivery.
Your Pestle & Mortar e-Gift Card will be delivered by email once your order has been confirmed. Please allow up to 5 minutes for it to arrive.
02 Order Changes.
Once an e-Gift Card order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order.
03 Remaining Balance.
If you do not use the full value of your e-Gift Card in one transaction, the remaining balance can be used towards future purchases.
04 Validity.
Pestle & Mortar e-Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
05 Discount Codes.
Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing an e-Gift Card.
06 Refunds & Exchanges.
e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
07 Payment.
e-Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment against eligible purchases.
08 Where to Redeem.
Euro e-Gift Cards can be redeemed online at Pestle & Mortar and in our Kildare Village and Dundrum stores.
09 Currency.
e-Gift Cards must be redeemed in the currency in which they were purchased and cannot be transferred between our regional websites.
10 Safekeeping.
Please keep your e-Gift Card and unique gift card code safe. Pestle & Mortar cannot accept responsibility for e-Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, deleted or used without permission.
11 Loyalty Points.
Loyalty points are not awarded when purchasing an e-Gift Card. Loyalty points may be earned by the recipient when the e-Gift Card is redeemed against an eligible purchase, subject to the terms of the Pestle & Mortar loyalty programme.
