How to use.

Follow these simple steps to get the best results from your skincare routine.

    Erase - Balm Cleanser

    Use Erase in the evening as your first cleanse by warming up a small amount of product between your fingers before massaging onto dry skin. Dampen the double sided cloth with warm water and using the muslin side, remove the cleansing balm from your face.

  2. 02

    Renew

    Use Renew in the morning and evening. Dispense one pump of Renew and apply to dry skin, massaging gently with the fingertips. Dampen the double sided cloth with warm water and using the cotton side, remove the cleansing gel from your face.

Yes, Erase is extremely soothing and nourishing. It will thoroughly cleanse the most sensitive skin without causing irritation. Please consult your doctor or dermatologist if you have any particular skin concerns.

Will Erase make my skin feel oily?

No. Erase is formulated with a unique blend of plant-extracted super oils that work together to rebalance the skin's oil production.

Can I use Erase to remove eye make-up?

Yes. Simply massage erase around the eye area with closed eyes and wipe off with warm facecloth to thoroughly remove eye makeup.

Is Renew suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, Renew is extremely gentle. Blended with 100% natural ingredients, it will cleanse and polish the most sensitive skin without causing irritation. Please consult your doctor or dermatologist if you have any particular skin concerns.

Why does Renew not foam?

Renew gel cleanser is a non-foaming cleanser. Non-foaming cleansers are kinder to skin because they don't strip the skin of natural oils.

My skin is oily. Will Renew help with that?

Can I use Renew to remove eye makeup?

We recommend that you double cleanse, using Renew as the second step in your cleansing routine. Erase balm cleanser is a makeup removing balm that removes makeup and impurities from the skin.

Double cleansing is simply cleansing your skin twice using two types of cleanser that have different skin benefits. The first cleanse removes all traces of makeup and SPF without stripping natural oils from the skin. The second cleanse gently exfoliates and polishes skin. This means that your skin is properly cleansed and able to fully absorb the active ingredients from other products in your routine like serums, creams and toners. Consistent double cleansing makes a noticeable difference to the appearance and health of your skin.
